In accordance with Section 287(a) of Title 35 of the United States Code, the reader is hereby placed on notice of Etiometry’s rights in the United States Patents listed below and associated with the following products.
The following patents protect Etiometry’s proprietary risk algorithms, which give clinicians an edge by providing contextual insight into the causes of ICU conditions and adverse events that – if not caught and managed – can lead to worst-case scenarios, like organ failure, including cardiac arrest, or extubating a patient too early – all of which can lead to prolonged hospital stays, morbidity and mortality.
