Etiometry Expands Leadership with New CEO

BOSTON, November 7th, 2019 – Etiometry Inc., a leading digital health company which developed a critical care analytics platform, announced today the recent expansion of their leadership team.

Shane Cooke was recently appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer, joining the growing company as it continues to expand its presence in current and new markets. Cooke brings more than 19 years of experience in the medical device and pharmaceutical market spaces in a variety of sales, marketing, strategy, and portfolio management roles. Before joining Etiometry, Cooke spent more than five years as Chief Strategy Officer of Cheetah Medical, which was recently acquired.

In recent months, Etiometry also expanded their Board of Directors to include Guy Lyndon Fish MD, Gregory S. Martin, CEO and President of Shamrock Holdings, and David Shepherd, co-CEO of Shepherd Kaplan Krochuk.

Former Etiometry CEO and Co-founder, Evan Butler, is taking on a new role as Chief Operating Officer.
